Ralph V. Whitworth

He played a similar role at the world's largest home health care provider, Apria Healthcare Group Inc. (AHG).

Mr. Whitworth is considered an expert on corporate governance issues and has presented his views before Congress, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the New York Stock Exchange Board, and the Federal Reserve.

Mr. Whitworth holds a juris doctor degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.
