Mr. Giraudo's firm and Citicorp Venture Capital ("CVC") have on two occasions together expressed a non-binding interest in acquiring all the shares of the Company, with a proposed price most recently of $4.40 per share.

Multi FineLine Electronix Inc. (Nasdaq: MFLX) 44% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.54, 40 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenues for the quarter were $184.1 million, versus the consensus of $175.26 million.
