Apax Partners/Epicor Software Corp.
On April 4, 2011, Funds advised by Apax Partners entered into an agreement for the acquisition of Epicor Software Corp. (Nasdaq: EPIC) and Activant Solutions, Inc., in a deal valued at $2 billion.
It is expected that the acquisitions will close by the end of the second calendar quarter of this year.
