Dr. Schilling is well known for his economic forecasts. Before 1978, Dr. Schilling was Senior Vice President and Chief Economist of White, Weld & Co., Inc. He previously worked for Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, and Standard Oil Co. of New Jersey, now Exxon.
Dr. Schlling recived his bachelor's degree in physics, magna cum laude, from Amherst College. He also attended Stanford Univeristy where he earned his master's degree and Ph.D in economics.
