upward time the question is what has changed since GS downgraded the company ..of coure not a whole lot except the price ...this will go down a few pennies more becasue of the news from spain...but in the long run this is a definite buy...with a target price not less than 28 by end of the year.

downgrades The earnings summed over the last 4 quarters is $5.23 and the sum for the estimated next 4 quarters is $6.25 based upon CNBC.com data. The earning growth is estimated at 19%. Do your P/E calculations and see what your judgement is regarding the competence of Goldman Sachs.

upgrades/downgrades I don't understand why Goldman Sachs would have had a sell rating on a company that had better earning TTM and Forward than almost every company in the NYSE, S&P, and NASDAQ. I don't trust them !!!
