Merrill Lynch upgraded Enel SpA ADS (NYSE: EN) from 'neutral' to 'buy'. The analyst said the firm looks for good news on cost cutting at the strategy update of March 30. Following meetings with some of EN's competitors, they have made some marginal changes to their Italian power model which are positive for the incumbent.
