Jefferies upgraded First Cash Financial (NASDAQ: FCFS) from Hold to Buy with a price target of $42 (down form $47).
The firm comments, "We are upgrading shares of FCFS from Hold to Buy due to the company's low exposure to the CFPB and an attractive valuation. Additional factors such as an approximate doubling of the under banked market in the past two years, continued reluctance of banks to lend to the under banked, stagnant wage growth, and higher cost of living all support our Buy thesis."
