Gabelli upgraded WisdomTree Investments (NASDAQ: WETF) from Hold to Buy with a 2013 PMV of $8.00.
The firm comments... "We are increasing our 2013P estimate to $0.29 per share from $0.25 per share. Our revision incorporates the operating benefits from the deal expiration with BNY Melon and lower professional fees... We expect the completion of a ~29.8 million share offering by its two largest holders, Michael Steinhardt and RRE Ventures, LLC, to be a near-term catalyst for the shares. We continue to believe in the seasoned management team and long-term competitive aspects of WisdomTree."
