Credit Agricole's Edward Maguire upgraded shares of Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL) by two notches from Underperform to Outperform Tuesday morning following the company's surprise fourth-quarter earnings report. Maguire maintains a $32 price target on the stock.

With Oracle shares trading up about 3 percent to around $28.09 in pre-open action, Maguire's price target implies potential upside of about 14 percent.
