BofA/Merrill Lynch upgraded Spirit AeroSystems (NYSE: SPR) from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $44.00 (from $33.00).

Analyst Ronald Epstein said new CEO Larry Lawson and CFO Sanjay Kapoor are slowly gaining investor confidence in finally turning around execution.
