Universal Security Instruments, Inc. (NYSE: UUU) today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the Company to repurchase up to a total of 100,000 shares of the Company's common stock.
Shares may be purchased from time to time under this program in the open-market, through block trades and/or in private negotiated transactions. Unless extended by the Company's Board of Directors, the program will terminate when the 100,000 shares of common stock have been repurchased by the Company pursuant to the program.
