MIND C.T.I. LTD. (NASDAQ: MNDO) reinstated its buyback program for the remaining previously approved amount of $500,000.
On September 9, 2009, the Board of Directors authorized the necessary steps, including applying for the requisite court approval, to enable the distribution of a cash dividend in the amount of $0.80 per share, or approximately $15 million in the aggregate.
