Sequans Communications S.A. (NYSE: SQNS) 31.8% HIGHER; announced that its chips are powering a significant portion of the LTE devices to be used in the next phase of China Mobile’s (NYSE: CHL) large-scale trial of TD-LTE technology in China.

Cleantech Solutions (Nasdaq: CLNT) 28.5% HIGHER; announced that the Company's Chairman and CEO Mr. Jianhua Wu and his wife Ms. Lihua Tang have agreed to purchase 157,966 shares of the Company's common stock for a total of $612,903 (RMB3,800,000) at $3.88 a share.

Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: CYCC) 14.0% HIGHER; could be moving higher following a positive mention from a SeekingAlpha contributor earlier. The contributor was bullish on Cyclacel's AML potential.

China Auto Logistics Inc. (Nasdaq: CALI) 13.9% HIGHER; has been notified by the Listing Qualifications department of The Nasdaq Stock Market that the Company has regained compliance with the $5 million minimum market value of publicly held shares requirement of the Nasdaq Global Market.

Longwei Petroleum Investment Holding Ltd. (AMEX: LPH) 12.5% HIGHER; announced that 10,654,837 warrants outstanding associated with its October 29, 2009 financing (the "Warrants") have expired.

Zaza Energy (Nasdaq: ZAZA) 12.6% HIGHER; moving above the $2 level following a pop in November on strong quarterly results. Shares are on a two-session run into today's movement.

Globus Medical, Inc. (Nasdaq: GMED) 9.8% LOWER; looks to be ticking lower below the key $13 support level Monday. Volume is heavy on the session.

BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (BCRX) 9.6% LOWER; pulling back following a 15 percent run higher last week. The pharma and Presidio terminated their merger agreement last Friday.

QLogic (Nasdaq: QLGC) 8.0% LOWER; Goldman downgraded shares to Sell today, lopping its price target by $3 to $8.

LDK Solar (NYSE: LDK) 7.7% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($1.08), $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of ($1.24). Revenue for the quarter came in at $291.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $246.4 million. Shipped 230.2 megawatts (MW) of wafers and 161.9 MW of cells and modules in the third quarter. Sees Q4 2012 revenue of $230-$290 million, versus the consensus of $552.35 million. Sees wafer shipments between 200 MW and 250 MW, cells and module shipments between 50 MW and 80 MW.

Velti plc (Nasdaq: VELT) 8.0% LOWER; lower after filing results for the first three-quarters of 2012 late last Friday.
