Healthways, Inc. (Nasdaq: HWAY) 43.0% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.28, 1 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $176.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $174.87 million. The stock was downgraded at William Blair, BB&T, Piper Jaffray and Barclays this morning.

MF Global Holdings (NYSE: MF) 39.3% LOWER; reported Q2 adjusted loss of ($0.09), $0.16 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $205.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $310.48 million.

Netflix, Inc. (Nasdaq: NFLX) 34.5% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.16, $0.22 better than the analyst estimate of $0.94. Revenue for the quarter came in at $822 million versus the consensus estimate of $810.53 million. Sees Q4 EPS of 36-70 cents, much worse than the $1.09 the Street is looking for. Sees domestic streaming subscribers of 20-21.5 million and domestic DVD subscribers of 10.3-11.3 million. The stock was downgraded at Citi, JPMorgan, Janney, Susquehanna, Goldman Sachs and Atlantic Equities.

Unisys Corp. (NYSE: UIS) 30.9% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.63, 93 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.70. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.02 million versus the consensus estimate of $926.9 million.

Fabrinet (NYSE: FN) 22.6% LOWER; Fabrinet lower as companies like II-VI (Nasdaq: IIVI) and Opnext (Nasdaq: OPXT) cited Fabrinet's Thai flooding issues as potential negative catalysts for earnings moving forward.

Interactive Intelligence Group (Nasdaq: ININ) 21.9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.29, 2 cents worse than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter came in at $52.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $53.54 million.

Twin Disc, Inc. (Nasdaq: TWIN) 21.6% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.83, $0.38 better than the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $81.33 million versus the consensus estimate of $78.87 million.

LCA-Vision, Inc. (Nasdaq: LCAV) 21.6% HIGHER; reported Q3 loss of ($0.20), in-line with the analyst estimate of ($0.20). Revenue for the quarter came in at $21.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $21.7 million. Same-store revenues increased 15.6%; adjusted same-store revenues increased 19.5%.

PrivateBancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: PVTB) 14.0% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.14, 7 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $129.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $120.04 million.

Global Education and Technology Group (Nasdaq: GEDU) 13.1% HIGHER; seems to be breaking above resistance around $3.50 today. Volume is very heavy this afternoon: about 183,000 shares have already exchanged hands today, compared to the average daily volume of just 15,700 shares.

iPass Inc. (Nasdaq: IPAS) 12.1% HIGHER; China Mobile and iPass today announced that iPass Open Mobile Exchange (OMX) will provide the foundation for a new data roaming service for subscribers of China Mobile's international service provider partners, as well China Mobile's local users.
