PSS World Medical, Inc. (Nasdaq: PSSI) 32.7% HIGHER; McKesson Corporation (NYSE: MCK) and PSS World Medical announced today that the two companies have signed a definitive agreement under which McKesson will acquire all outstanding shares of PSS World Medical for $29.00 per share in cash.

Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SPR) 31.3% LOWER; said it expects to record pre-tax charges of approximately $184 million on the 787 program; $163 million on the G650 Wing program; $151 million on the BR725 (Engine Nacelle Package for the G650); $88 million on the G280 Wing program; and $4 million on other combined programs. Build-A-Bear Workshop (NYSE: BBW) 25.6% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.10), $0.20 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $84.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $97.17 million.

Angie's List (Nasdaq: ANGI) 23.8% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.32), $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.34). Revenue for the quarter came in at $42 million versus the consensus estimate of $41.28 million.

Dex One Corp. (NYSE: DEXO) 22.7% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.25), versus $0.44 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $319.7 million, versus $360.1 million reported last year.

Chelsea Therapeutics International Ltd. (Nasdaq: CHTP) 20.6% HIGHER; moving on a positive SeekingAlpha article issued after the market closed Wednesday.

Crocs, Inc. (Nasdaq: CROX) 19.5% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.49, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.43. Revenue for the quarter came in at $295.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $302.37 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $0.00, versus the consensus of $0.10. Sees FY2012 revenue of $220 million, versus the consensus of $234.1 million.

Proto Labs, Inc. (NYSE: PRLB) 18.8% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.29, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $32.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $31.46 million.

Pacer International, Inc. (Nasdaq: PACR) 17.8% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.03, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $348.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $375.62 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $0.10 - $0.14, versus the consensus of $0.36. Pacer International, Inc. sees FY2012 revenue of $1.4 - $1.45 billion, versus the consensus of $1.52 billion.

Tenneco (NYSE: TEN) 16.5% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.85, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.75. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.79 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.81 billion.

3D Systems Corp. (NYSE: DDD) 15.5% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.32, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $90.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $87.14 million.
