Syntroleum Corporation (Nasdaq: SYNM) 26.0% LOWER; today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 15,900,000 shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase up to 7,950,000 shares of our common stock, offered at a price of $1.58 per share to the public. Each share of common stock is being sold together with 0.5 of a 5 year warrant to purchase one share of common stock at an exercise price of $2.36.

Advanced Battery Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: ABAT) 25.9% HIGHER; said its Board unanimously approved a share repurchase program that authorizes the Company to repurchase up to $10 million of the Company's common stock in the open market.

GeoGlobal Resources Inc. (AMEX: GGR) 23.0% LOWER; announced a summary of the Resource Report prepared by Netherland, Sewell & Associates, Inc. (NSAI) of Houston, Texas on the offshore Israel licenses known as 347/Myra and 348/Sara. The Company holds a 5% participating interest in each of these licenses and is designated as the operator. USANA Health Sciences, Inc. (NYSE: USNA), 15.4% HIGHER; reports preliminary Q2 net sales exceeded $147 million and EPS should be $0.79, ex-items. Consensus sees revs of $134.92 million and EPS of $0.71.

Hanmi Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: HAFC) 15.4% HIGHER; isn't going to proceed with a planned common stock offering. "Because we currently have a strong capital position, we have decided to wait for an improved market environment," said CEO Jay Yoo. "In the meantime, Hanmi continues to emerge from this credit cycle with a stronger balance sheet than a year ago, and we anticipate our operating performance, capital strength and asset quality will continue to show gradual improvement." At March 31, 2011, Hanmi Financial's capital ratios remained strong with total risk based capital to assets at 13.05% up from 12.22% at the end of 2010.

Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTIC), 14.5% LOWER; reports that it has entered into an agreement to sell, subject to customary closing conditions, $30 million of shares of its Series 13 Preferred Stock and warrants to purchase shares of its common stock in a registered offering to six institutional investors. Each share of Series 13 Preferred Stock is convertible at the option of the holder, at any time during its existence, into approximately 588 shares of common stock at a conversion price of $1.70 per share of common stock, for a total of approximately 17,647,059 shares of common stock.

Hansen Medical, Inc. (Nasdaq: HNSN) 14.3% HIGHER; Piper Jaffray upgraded from Neutral to Overweight, boosting its price target from $3 to $5.

Lloyd's Banking (NYSE: LYB) 10.4% HIGHER; said today that it plans on cutting 15,000 positions.

Ebix Inc. (Nasdaq: EBIX) 10.1% LOWER; falls on Bloomberg headlines that the company inflated earnings by overstating accounts receivables, according to an executive who sued the company. At 1pm, the Company announced that it increased its common stock buyback by $45 million to $100 million.

Corcept Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: CORT), 7.1% LOWER; reports the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has accepted for filing the New Drug Application (NDA), which was submitted on April 15, 2011, for CORLUX, a glucocorticoid receptor type II (GR-II) antagonist, for the treatment of the manifestations of Cushing's Syndrome.
