HandHeld Entertainment (NASDAQ: ZVUE) 50% HIGHER; Stated it was listed by comScore Media Metrix at the top of the firm\'s "Top 10 Gaining Properties by Percentage Change in Unique Visitors\'\' for August. comScore showed that traffic by unique visitors increased 327% month-over-month. The increase was due to a consolidation by comScore of the company\'s websites.

RTW, Inc. (Nasdaq: RTWI) 47.8% HIGHER; Rockhill Holding Company and RTW, Inc. entered into a definitive merger agreement under which Rockhill will acquire all outstanding shares of RTW stock for $12.45 per share in cash, in a transaction valued at approximately $67.6 million.

Optium Corporation (Nasdaq: OPTM) 31% HIGHER; Reports Q4 results. The company said its sequential revenue decline is expected to rebound in Q1. Sees Q1 revenues in the range of $34 to $35 million, versus the consensus of $29 million.

Sonic Solutions (NASDAQ: SNIC) 20% HIGHER; Canaccord Adams upgrades from Hold to Buy with a $12 price target., on heels of industry approval of DVD Download & Burn.

Harman International (NYSE: HAR) 20% LOWER; According to reports from the Wall Street Journal, potential private equity suitors of Harman are balking at completing the $120 per share takeover of the company.

China Yuchai International Ltd. (NYSE: CYD) 17% HIGHER; Continued momentum in US-traded Chinese stocks.

Maxygen, Inc. (Nasdaq: MAXY) 15% LOWER; said Roche has advised the company that it has voluntarily placed a hold on further clinical development of MAXY-alpha, also known as R7025. MAXY-alpha is a novel interferon-alpha for the treatment of Hepatitis C and Hepatitis B virus infections and is licensed to Roche. Preliminary observations from a Phase I trial indicate that an unexpected reduction of the pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic effects of MAXY-alpha occurred in the majority of subjects who received two doses of MAXY-alpha.

Transmeta Corp. (Nasdaq: TMTA) 15% LOWER; announced an offering to sell securities to selected institutional investors for an aggregate price of $12,800,000. The securities in the offering include up to 2,000,000 shares of Transmeta common stock and warrants to purchase up to 1,000,000 shares of Transmeta common stock, which securities are being offered in "units" at a price of $6.40 per unit. Each unit consists of one share of Transmeta common stock and a warrant to purchase 0.5 shares of Transmeta common stock at an exercise price of $9.00 per share

Pool Corporation (NASDAQ: POOL) 11.5% LOWER; is updating its estimated full year 2007 earnings projection to be in the range of $1.45 to $1.55 per diluted share compared to its previously communicated projected range of $1.75 to $1.85 per share. The Wall Street consensus is $1.74.

Tektronix Inc. (NYSE: TEK) 7% LOWER; reports adj-Q1 EPS of $0.40, versus the consensus of $0.39. Revenues came in at $291.5 million versus the consensus of $285.1 million. Sees Q2 sales of $270-$280 million versus the consensus of $285.1 million. Sees Q2 EPS of $0.38-$0.40, ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.45.
