SCO Group Inc. (Nasdaq: SCOX) 38% LOWER; Files for Chapter 11 bankruptcy

Oculus Innovative Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: OCLS) 31% HIGHER; Provides an update of Phase II study for Microcyn technology in mildly infected diabetic foot ulcers. The company said it has enrolled and randomized 42 patients of the total 60 targeted patients.

InfoSpace Inc. (Nasdaq: INSP) 27% HIGHER; Will sell its online directory business, including the Company\'s online yellow and white pages services, to Idearc Inc. (NYSE: IAR), for $225 million in cash.

iRobot Corp. (Nasdaq: IRBT) 22% LOWER; Lost a significant Pentagon robot contract to a rival.

SunCom Wireless Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: TPC) 17% HIGHER; Entered into a definitive merger agreement for the acquisition by T-Mobile USA of all of the outstanding shares of common stock of SunCom, for an aggregate of approximately $2.4 billion in cash and assumed debt. Under the terms of the agreement, approved by the boards of both companies, holders of SunCom common stock will receive $27 per share in cash.

Share of PHH Corporation (NYSE: PHH) 16.7% LOWER; Provides an update regarding the status of its merger agreement with General Electric Capital and Blackstone Group, through its affiliates. The company said the merger may be in doubt as banks pulled some commitments.

Conns Inc. (Nasdaq: CONN) 11.7% HIGHER; SF Holding, a collection of trusts controlling 50.1% of the company, said they may consider going private transaction in the form of the acquisition of all outstanding shares of Common Stock not currently owned.

Central Garden & Pet Company (NASDAQ: CENT) 9% LOWER; is postponing its planned Class A common stock public offering and concurrent private placement to its Chairman. The company will also withdraw its previously announced guidance for the fiscal quarter ending September 29, 2007.

EDO Corporation (NYSE: EDO) 6.5% HIGHER; ITT Corporation (NYSE: ITT) and EDO Corporation have reached a definitive agreement for ITT to purchase all outstanding shares of EDO for $56 per share in cash.

Business Objects SA (Nasdaq: BOBJ) 6% HIGHER; Reports from Le Figaro the company has hired Goldman Sachs to explore a sale.

Netflix (Nasdaq: NFLX) 5% HIGHER; Thomas Weisel upgrades Netflix from Market Weight to Overweight.
