Critical Therapeutics (Nasdaq: CRTX) 46% HIGHER; Announced that the FDA has approved Dey, L.P.'s New Drug Application for Perforomist Inhalation Solution for long-term, twice-daily maintenance treatment of bronchoconstriction for emphysema and chronic bronchitis, also known as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).

VIASYS Healthcare (NYSE: VAS) 36% HIGHER; Cardinal Health (NYSE: CAH) and VIASYS Healthcare announced a definitive agreement for Cardinal Health to acquire VIASYS for approximately $1.5 billion, including the assumption of outstanding debt. Under the agreement, Cardinal Health will make a cash tender offer to acquire all outstanding shares of VIASYS common stock at a price of $42.75 per share.

Tweeter Home Entertainment Group Inc. (Nasdaq: TWTR) 30% HIGHER; Stock bouncing back after falling over 70% last week after the company posted a larger than expected loss. After the earnings report, the company said it may have to file for bankruptcy. However, this morning CL King upgraded the stock from Underperform to Neutral.

Inforte Corp. (Nasdaq: INFT) 29.7% HIGHER; Business & Decision Group and Inforte entered into a definitive agreement under which Business & Decision will acquire Inforte for $4.25 per share in an all-cash transaction. The transaction is valued at approximately $50 million and represents a 33% premium to Inforte's closing share price on May 11.

First Albany Companies (NASDAQ: FACT) 20.5%; Company has entered into an agreement to recapitalize and receive a $50 million equity investment from an affiliate of MatlinPatterson Global Opportunities Partners II. This capital investment will provide First Albany with the resources necessary to accelerate its growth, build on its investment product and services strengths, and better meet the needs of its clients.

Kreisler Manufacturing Corp. (Nasdaq: KRSL) 13% LOWER; No specific news releases, however, the stock could be seeing some profit taking. Share have gained approx. 150% since Feb. 12th, 2007.

PRIMEDIA Inc.'s (NYSE: PRM) 13% HIGHER; Source Interlink Companies (Nasdaq: SORC) signed a definitive stock purchase agreement to acquire PRIMEDIA Inc.'s Enthusiast Media division for approximately $1.2 billion.

Republic Property Trust (NYSE: RPB) 12% HIGHER; Its Board of Trustees has formed a Special Committee to evaluate strategic alternatives, following an unsolicited indication of interest - with no specific price or terms - from another public REIT, last week.

Source Interlink Companies (Nasdaq: SORC) 12% LOWER; Company agrees to acquire PRIMEDIA Inc. (PRM) for $1.2 billion.

Mylan Laboratories (NYSE: MYL) 11.4% LOWER; Announced a definitive agreement to purchase Merck KGaA's generic business for $6.7 billion in an all cash deal.

Dr. Reddy's (NYSE: RDY) 7.8% LOWER; US District Court ruled against RDY in a patent decision on JNJ's Aciphex (acid reflux treatment). Morgan Stanley downgrades RDY to Equal-Weight.
