Trimeris Inc. (Nasdaq: TRMS) 17.8% HIGHER; Announces Strategic Shift; CEO Steven Skolsky to Resign. Dani Bolognesi will return to the position of Chief Executive Officer and will remain Chief Scientific Officer. Dani Bolognesi said, "The changes in our company are designed to allow us to generate 2007 earnings well in excess of $1.00 per share and to have sustainable earnings and cash flow for the long-term. At annual earnings of $1.00 per share, we would generate approximately $20 million of additional cash flow and reach a year end 2007 cash position of about $65 million."
American Oriental Bioengineering Inc. (AMEX: AOB) 17% HIGHER; For the third quarter 2006, the Company reported revenues of $27.1 million, an increase of 101.9 percent compared to $13.4 million in the third quarter of last year. Management Expects Fourth Quarter Revenue to be in the range of $37 million to $39 million and at least $0.15 in EPS
Daktronics (Nasdaq: DAKT) 15% HIGHER; reports Q2 earnings of $0.22 per share, 7 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $123.5 million versus the consensus of $97.8 million. Sees Q3 EPS of $0.12-$0.18 versus the consensus of $0.14. Sees Q3 revenues of $103-$115 million versus the consensus of $92.1 million. Sees FY07 revenues of $450 million versus the consensus of $395.5 million.
Blue Dolphin Energy Co. (Nasdaq: BDCO) 13% LOWER; reported net income of $159,930 on revenues of $1,068,708 for the quarter ended September 30, 2006, compared to net income of $1,030,448 on revenues of $2,107,568 for the quarter ended September 30, 2005.

JetBlue Airways Corp. (Nasdaq: JBLU) 6.8% HIGHER; Bear Stearns upgrades and US Airways bid for Delta
CDC Corp. (Nasdaq: CHINA) 6.5% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.09, 3 cents better than estimates.(0.06) Revenues were $78.2 million vs. $79.50 million consensus. Sees FY06 revenues between $303-307 million vs. $305.8 million consensus. Sees FY07 revenues between $401-411 million vs. $361.9 million consensus.
Bankrate Inc. (Nasdaq: RATE) 5% HIGHER; RBC Upgrade
Image Entertainment (Nasdaq: DISK) 5% LOWER; reports a Q3 loss of $0.18, 12 cents worse than estimates.(-.06) Revenues were $22.8 million vs. $24.37 million consensus. The Company believes that net revenues for the third quarter ending December 31, 2006, will be in the range between $26 million to $28 million, which, will result in a net loss for the quarter. Current consensus is $37 million
US Airways Group, Inc. (NYSE: LCC) 5% HIGHER; made a merger proposal to Delta Air Lines, Inc. (OTC: DALRQ) under which both companies would combine upon Delta's emergence from bankruptcy. The proposal would provide approximately $8.0 billion of value in cash and stock to Delta's unsecured creditors. Delta creditors would receive $4.0 billion in cash and 78.5 million shares of US Airways stock with an aggregate value of approximately $4.0 billion based on the closing price of US Airways' stock as of Nov. 14, 2006.
Abercrombie (NYSE: ANF) 3.4% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $1.11, 1 cent better than estimates.(1.10) Revenues were $863.4 million vs. $853.84 million consensus. The Company reaffirmed its previously provided earnings guidance for the second-half of fiscal 2006 of net income per diluted share to be in the range of $3.25 to $3.30, including a charge of approximately $0.02 attributable to FAS 123. The Company expects its net income per diluted share for the year to be in the range of $4.59 to $4.64, including approximately $0.10 attributable to FAS 123.
Analog Devices Inc. (NYSE: ADI) 3% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.39, ex-items, 1 cent worse than estimates. Revenues came in at $644.3 million versus the consensus of $646.2 million. Analog Devices sees Q1 EPS of $0.34-$0.44, ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.44. Sees Q1 revenue of $635-$670 million, ex-one time gain, versus the consensus of $647.8 million.
Servicemaster Co. (NYSE: SVM) 2.4% HIGHER; According to reports from the Wall Street Journal, ServiceMaster is attracting the interest of private equity firms. Some suggest that a management-led buyout is another possibility.
Embrex, Inc. (Nasdaq: EMBX) INDICATED HIGHER; Pfizer Animal Health, a division of Pfizer Inc (NYSE: PFE) agreed to acquire Embrex for $17 per share in cash. The transaction has an aggregate equity purchase price of approximately $155 million.
