AVANIR Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: AVNR) 21% HIGHER; signed a definitive agreement to sell its currently marketed antipsychotic drug FazaClo to Azur Pharma, a specialty pharmaceutical company headquartered in Ireland.
Datalink Corporation (Nasdaq: DTLK) 14% LOWER; lowered Q2 guidance. The company anticipates revenues for the second quarter of 2007 in the range of $40 million to $41 million. In April, Datalink provided revenue guidance of between $49 million and $54 million. The consensus is $51.5 million. The company\\\'s non-GAAP loss is expected to range from $.01 to $.03 per diluted share. In April, Datalink provided non-GAAP earnings guidance in the range of $.02 to $.07 per diluted share. The consensus is $0.06.
RADCOM Ltd. (NASDAQ: RDCM) 12.9% LOWER; expects second quarter revenues to be approximately $2.4 million, which is significantly lower than its revenues of $5.7 million for the second quarter of 2006. Management also expects that the Company will post a net loss for the period.
Pool Corporation (NASDAQ: POOL) 7.5% LOWER; is updating its estimated full year 2007 earnings projection to be in the range of $1.75 to $1.85 per diluted share compared to its previously communicated projected range of $2.00 to $2.10 per share.

American Capital Strategies Ltd. (NASDAQ: ACAS) 3.7% HIGHER; will replace Dollar General Corp. (NYSE: DG) in the S&P 500.

SAP AG (NYSE: SAP) 2.4% LOWER; made inappropriate downloads of rival Oracle code.
Western Alliance Bancorporation (NYSE: WAL) INDICATED LOWER; sees Q2 EPS between $0.24 and $0.26, which may not compare to the consensus of $0.42. The decline from the first quarter 2007 performance of $0.39 primarily results from mark-to-market valuation of its securities portfolio in light of its adoption of Financial Accounting Standard 159, losses incurred on three loans from acquired offices, and merger-related charges arising from its acquisition of First Independent Capital of Nevada (FICN).
