(AMEX: CUP) 21% HIGHER; entered into an exclusivity agreement with a third party in order to facilitate discussions with such third party regarding a potential transaction which may involve the acquisition of the Company or other material transactions. The exclusivity period ends on May 28, 2007

IDM Pharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: IDMI) 21% HIGHER; Cantor Fitzgerald starts a Buy with an $11 price target.

SourceForge, Inc. (Nasdaq: LNUX) 11% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.03, 1 cent better than estimates. Revenues were $10.3 million vs. $12.41 million consensus. Soleil Securities upgrades SourceForge to Hold.

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc., (NASDAQ: RRGB) 11% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.44, 2 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $212.3 million vs. $211.22 million consensus. For the full year 2007, which is a 52-week fiscal period, the Company continues to expect revenues of $715 to $735 million and net income of $1.75 to $1.85 per diluted share. (Consensus is $735.5 million and $1.81, respectively). KeyBanc upgrades to Buy

Verigy, Ltd. (Nasdaq: VRGY) 10.6% HIGHER; reports Q2 adj-EPS of $0.40, 4 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $183 million versus the consensus of $176.2 million. Sees Q3 EPS $0.43-$0.48, ($0.45-$0.50 Non-GAAP), versus the consensus of $0.39. Sees Q3 revs of $195-$205 million versus the consensus of $173.6 million.

Ditech Networks (Nasdaq: DITC) 7% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.02, versus the consensus of $0.07. Revenues came in at $19.2 million versus the consensus of $20.8 million. Sees Q1 revs of $21-$22 million versus the consensus of $23.4 million.

RF Micro Devices Inc. (NASDAQ: RFMD) 4.7% HIGHER; Jefferies upgrades to Buy

Bioenvision Inc. (NASDAQ: BIVN) 4.6% HIGHER; Highlighted in BusinessWeek

The NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc. (Nasdaq: NDAQ) 4.4% LOWER; to acquire OMX AB entered for $3.7 billion.

Acorda Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACOR) 2.5% LOWER; Dan Loeb's ThirdPoint LLC lowers their stake in the company.

The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE: KO) 1.5% HIGHER; reached an agreement to acquire Energy Brands, Inc., known as glaceau, and its full range of fast-growing, enhanced water brands, including vitaminwater. The acquisition price is $4.1 billion in cash.

Amgen Inc. (NASDAQ: AMGN) 1% LOWER; received notice from the European Medicines Agency that the European Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use has adopted a negative opinion for Amgen's marketing authorization application for Vectibix.

Authorize.Net Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: ANET) INDICATED HIGHER; will replace Steel Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: STTX) in the S&P SmallCap 600

NBTY Inc. (NYSE: NTY) INDICATED HIGHER; will replace Claire's Stores Inc. (NYSE: CLE) in the S&P MidCap 400

AMIS Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: AMIS) INDICATED HIGHER; will replace NBTY Inc. in the S&P SmallCap 600
