Memory Pharmaceuticals Corp. (Nasdaq: MEMY) 31% HIGHER; continued momentum in small-cap biotechs.

Gasco Energy Inc. (AMEX: GSX) 16% LOWER; today announced that it has priced a public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock for gross proceeds of approximately $19.3 million

Renovis Inc. (Nasdaq: RNVS) 14% HIGHER; Pfizer and Renovis Extend Research Collaboration to Identify Small Molecule VR1 Antagonists

DivX, Inc. (NASDAQ: DIVX) 14% HIGHER; expects that Q1 revenue and pre-tax earnings for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 will be higher than previous guidance. The Company expects that revenue for the quarter will be between $19.8 million and $20.2 million and pre-tax earnings will be flat to up compared with the fourth quarter of 2006. On February 8, 2007, the Company had said that it expected first quarter revenue to be between $17.3 million and $19.3 million with pre-tax earnings flat to slightly down compared to the fourth quarter of 2006.

Harris Interactive (Nasdaq: HPOL) 13% LOWER; revised its Q3FY07 sales bookings expectations and lowered its outlook for 2HFY07. The company said sales bookings for the quarter are expected to be around $58 million, versus the approximately $66 million in sales bookings the Company discussed during its Q2FY07 results conference call held on February 2, 2007. Q3 revenue growth will be lower than expected.

Luna Innovations Incorporated (Nasdaq: LUNA) 12% HIGHER; Wins Ballistic Missile Defense Contracts Totaling $1.6 Million

TLC Vision Corp. (Nasdaq: TLCV) 11% HIGHER; will offer to repurchase up to $125 million of its common stock at a price per share not less than $5.75 and not greater than $6.25.

Nuvelo Inc. (Nasdaq: NUVO) 11% HIGHER; continued momentum in small-cap biotechs.

Chordiant Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHRD) 10.8% HIGHER; expects to report record revenue ranging between $31 million to $33 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2007 ending on March 31, versus the consensus of $26.46 million. Chordiant expects to report record GAAP earnings per share of between $0.11 and $0.16 in the second quarter of fiscal 2007 ended March 31st, based on an estimated 33.0 million fully diluted share count. The consensus is $0.03.

Cache Inc. (NASDAQ: CACH) 8.6% LOWER; said comparable store sales in March 2007 were flat, as compared to a 7% increase in comparable store sales in March 2006. Based on reported first quarter 2007 sales, the Company is revising its sales and earnings guidance for the first quarter and fiscal 2007 year.

BCE, Inc. (NYSE: BCE) 8% HIGHER; Reports from the New York Times and the Globe and Mail that 5.3% holder Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan approached Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec and the Canada Plan Investment Board about making a $45 billion bid for BCE. The reports also said the fund held talks will at least one private equity firm. Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan said in an SEC filing that it is not working with KKR, but is "closely monitoring developments and is exploring its options."

Rosetta Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROSE) 7.5% HIGHER; Cramer positive on Mad Money

Mosaic Co. (NYSE: MOS) 6% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.10 vs. consensus of $0.16. Revenues were $1.28 billion vs. $1.28 billion consensus. (EPS may not compare)

Seagate Technology (NYSE: STX) 5.75% LOWER; Revenue for the fiscal third quarter is now expected to be approximately $2.8 billion, compared to prior guidance of $2.9-3.0 billion, and GAAP and non-GAAP gross margins did not achieve the company's expectations. (Consensus is $2.94 billion)

Dendreon Corp. (NASDAQ: DNDN) 5% HIGHER; continued momentum ahead of May FDA review.

Mylan Laboratories Inc. (NYSE: MYL) 4.7% HIGHER; increased its fiscal 2007 adjusted diluted earnings per share guidance to a range of $1.60 to $1.63 from $1.50 to $1.55 (Excluding Any Contribution from the Recent Launch of Amlodipine Besylate). The consensus is $1.53.

Autodesk Inc. (Nasdaq: ADSK) 3% HIGHER; Goldman upgrades to Buy

Lawson Software (Nasdaq: LWSN) 2% LOWER; reports Q3 non-GAAP EPS of $0.05 (GAAP loss was $0.05) vs. consensus of $0.03. Revenues were $191.2 million vs. $188.18 million consensus. Guides
