Leapfrog (NYSE: LF) 16% LOWER; reports Q2 loss of $0.41 per share, versus the consensus of a $0.25 loss. Revenues came in at $68.1 million versus the consensus of $92.3 million.

Foxhollow (Nasdaq: FOXH) 11% HIGHER; reports Q2 earnings of $0.02 per share, versus the consensus of a $0.13 loss. Revenues came in at $48.2 million versus the consensus of $47.5 million. Targeting capital expenditures of approximately $800 million in fiscal 2006, an increase from the previous target of $750 million-$775 million, primarily driven by the acceleration in new store development.

PlanetOut (Nasdaq: LGBT) 8.7% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.03, in-line with estimates. Revenues came in at $16.3 million versus the consensus of $16.15 million. The company is reaffirming its full-year revenue guidance for 2006. Specifically, PlanetOut expects revenue to be between $71.0 and $75.0 million. The company is lowering its guidance on Adjusted EBITDA from between $10.0 and $11.0 million to between $8.5 and $9.5 million, as well as lowering Adjusted Net Income from between $4.0 and $4.5 million to between $2.5 and $3.0 million.

Extreme Networks (Nasdaq: EXTR) 8.6% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.00, 4 cents worse than estimates.(0.04) Revenues were $82.4 million vs. $88.26 million consensus.

Stratex Networks (Nasdaq: STXN) 6% LOWER; reports Q1 earnings of $0.05 per share, 2 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $66.2 million versus the consensus of $64.5 million. Sees Q2 EPS of $0.04-0.06 versus the consensus of $0.04.
