CalAmp Corp. (Nasdaq: CAMP) 23% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.03, $0.08 ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.05. Revenues came in at $57 million versus the consensus of $56.4 million. Sees Q1 loss of $0.06-$0.09, an profit of $0.00-$0.02 ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.07. Sees Q1 revs of $44-$47 million versus the consensus of $60.5 million.
Trump Entertainment Resorts (Nasdaq: TRMP) 10.2% HIGHER; said its Strategic Committee has recently received preliminary and conditional indications of interest from parties proposing to acquire the Company. There can be no assurance that any of these indications of interest will result in a sale of the Company or any other transactions.
Intuit Inc. (Nasdaq: INTU) 10% HIGHER; reports Q3 non-GAAP EPS of $1.13, 5 cents better than estimates.(1.08) Revenues were $1.15 billion vs. $1.11 billion consensus. Sees FY07 revenues between $2.685-$2.7 billion vs. prior guidance of $2.625-$2.675 billion vs. consensus of $2.66 billion. Sees FY07 non-GAAP ESP between $1.38-1.40 vs. prior guidance of $1.33-1.37 vs. consensus of $1.36. Intuit also announced today a new stock repurchase program for up to $800 million over the next three years.
Sonic Solutions (NASDAQ: SNIC) 6% LOWER; reports Q4 revenues of $38.1 million vs. consensus of $38.43 million. For the first fiscal quarter ending June 30, 2007, the Company's management anticipates net revenue, on a GAAP basis, will be between $33 million and $35 million. (Consensus is $36.94 million)
Iconix Brand Group Inc. (NASDAQ: ICON) 5% HIGHER; will replace WebEx Communications Inc. (NASDAQ: WEBX) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Monday, May 21.
LTX Corporation (Nasdaq: LTXX) reports a Q3 loss of $0.13, versus the consensus of a $0.06 loss. Revenues were $33 million vs. $34.79 million consensus. Sees Q4 revenues between $33-35 million and a loss of $0.04-0.06 per share. (Current Q4 revenue consensus is $38.75 million and a loss of $0.02)
Dendreon Corp. (Nasdaq: DNDN) 4% LOWER; continued volatility as investors await the fate of cancer drug Provenge, which the FDA issued an "approvable letter"
Focus Media Holding Ltd. (Nasdaq: FMCN) 2.9% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.21, ex-items, 2 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $58.1 versus the consensus of $55.44 million. Sees Q2 EPS of $0.34-$0.35, versus the consensus of $0.33. Sees Q2 revs of $103-$107 million versus the consensus of $89.5 million.
Kindred Healthcare Inc. (NYSE: KND) 2% HIGHER; will replace Martek Biosciences Corp. (NASDAQ: MATK) in the S&P MidCap 400 after the close of trading on Tuesday, May 22.
