Morgan Stanley upgrades Reynolds American (NYSE: RAI) from Underweight to Equalweight.

Evercore Partners ups Red Hat (NYSE: RHT) from Equalweight to Overweight, with its price target increased from $48 to $50.

JPMorgan raises Boyd Gaming (NYSE: BYD) from Underweight to Neutral, increasing its price target from $7 to $8.50.
