MF Global Holdings (NYSE: MF) 46% LOWER; reported Q2 adjusted loss of ($0.09), $0.16 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $205.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $310.48 million.

Healthways, Inc. (NASDAQ: HWAY) 43.2% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.28, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $176.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $174.87 million. The stock was downgraded at William Blair, BB&T, Piper Jaffray and Barclays this morning.

Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ: NFLX) 36.1% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.16, $0.22 better than the analyst estimate of $0.94. Revenue for the quarter came in at $822 million versus the consensus estimate of $810.53 million. Sees Q4 EPS of 36-70 cents, much worse than the $1.09 the Street is looking for. Sees domestic streaming subscribers of 20-21.5 million and domestic DVD subscribers of 10.3-11.3 million. The stock was downgraded at Citi, JPMorgan, Janney, Susquehanna, Goldman Sachs and Atlantic Equities.

Unisys Corp. (NYSE: UIS) 23.5% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.63, $0.93 better than the analyst estimate of $0.70. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.02 million versus the consensus estimate of $926.9 million.

Interactive Intelligence Group (NASDAQ: ININ) 22.8% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.29, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter came in at $52.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $53.54 million.

Twin Disc, Inc. (NASDAQ: TWIN) 22.2% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.83, $0.38 better than the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $81.33 million versus the consensus estimate of $78.87 million.

iPass Inc. (NASDAQ: IPAS) 19.1% HIGHER; China Mobile and iPass today announced that iPass Open Mobile Exchange (OMX) will provide the foundation for a new data roaming service for subscribers of China Mobile's international service provider partners, as well China Mobile's local users.

Ii-Vi, Inc. (NASDAQ: IIVI) 18.1% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.29, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $138.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $140.86 million. Ii-Vi, Inc. sees Q2 2012 EPS of $0.26-$0.30, versus the consensus of $0.35. Ii-Vi, Inc. sees Q2 2012 revenue of $133-$138 million, versus the consensus of $147.74 million. Ii-Vi, Inc. sees FY2012 EPS of $1.26-$1.33, versus the consensus of $1.41. Ii-Vi, Inc. sees FY2012 revenue of $575-$590 million, versus the consensus of $592.56 million.

Opnext, Inc. (Nasdaq: OPXT) 15.2% LOWER; issued the following statement regarding the status of its contract manufacturing operations in Thailand following heavy seasonal rains that have resulted in severe flooding: Opnext’s primary contract manufacturer, Fabrinet, today announced that, as of October 22, 2011, flood waters had infiltrated the offices and manufacturing floor space at its Chokchai campus in Pathum Thani, Thailand, where it manufactures certain of Opnext’s products. Opnext has not yet been able to assess the full extent of the damage. Fabrinet, however, believes that it is unlikely that production at Chokchai will resume before the end of the calendar year. As a result, Opnext expects that the flooding will have significant impact on the Company’s operations and its ability to meet customer demand for its products in the near future.

Tennant Co. (NYSE: TNC) 14.3% LOWER; reported Q3 GAAP EPS of $0.50, which does not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.51. Revenue for the quarter came in at $187 million versus the consensus estimate of $187.3 million. Tennant Co. sees FY2011 EPS of $1.80-$2.05, versus the consensus of $1.99.

Momenta Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: MNTA) 14.1% LOWER; announced that Sandoz has confirmed the launch of an authorized generic version of Lovenox in the fourth quarter of 2011. Under the terms of Momenta's 2003 Collaboration and License Agreement with Sandoz, upon the launch of an authorized generic Lovenox, for the remainder of the product year ending June 30, 2012, Sandoz is obligated to pay Momenta a 10-12% royalty on its net sales of enoxaparin sodium until the contractual profits from those net sales reaches a prorated contractual amount of approximately $99.1 million. Thereafter, provided that no other third party is marketing a generic Lovenox, Sandoz is obligated to pay Momenta 45% of contractual profits on net sales through the remainder of the product year ending June 30, 2012.

Emcore (Nasdaq: EMKR) 13.7% LOWER; sees a "significant effect" on its December quarter related to the Thai flooding. The company said it has not been able to make a full assessment of damages yet, but that all employees in the area remain safe.

Mueller Industries, Inc. (NYSE: MLI) 13.6% LOWER; reported Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.39, versus the analyst estimate of $0.69. Revenue for the quarter came in at $585.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $571.45 million.

AK Steel Holding Corp. (NYSE: AKS) 13.3% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.03), which may not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.59 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.66 billion. The company is saying the quarterly figure includes 5 cents in charges, implying EPS of 2 cents ex-items.

Quest Diagnostics, Inc. (NYSE: DGX) 13.2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.18, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $1.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.9 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.89 billion. Quest Diagnostics, Inc. sees FY2011 EPS of $4.30-$4.35, versus the consensus of $4.21. Sees revenues growing 1.5%, unchanged from previous guidance.

ResMed, Inc. (NYSE: RMD) 12.5% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.33, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $314.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $326.32 million.

ADA-ES, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADES) 11.4% LOWER; announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 2,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $15.25 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $30.5 million.

Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: UCTT) 11.3% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.14, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $105.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $107.5 million. Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. sees Q4 2011 EPS of $0.0-$0.02, versus the consensus of $0.17. Columbia Sportswear Co (NASDAQ: COLM) 10.6% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.94, $0.34 better than the analyst estimate of $1.60. Revenue for the quarter came in at $566.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $568.89 million.

HUB Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: HUBG) 10% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.44, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.46. Revenue for the quarter came in at $760.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $775.3 million. The stock was downgraded at Wells Fargo, Baird and Stifel Nicolaus.

Willis Group Holdings (NYSE: WSH) 9.9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.41, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $762 million versus the consensus estimate of $764.24 million. Willis Group Holdings sees FY2011 EPS of $2.70-$2.80, versus the consensus of $2.87.

BancorpSouth, Inc. (NYSE: BXS) 9.7% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.14, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.16.

OfficeMax (NYSE: OMX) 9.6% LOWER; likely trading lower on the heels of Office Depot earnings.

Imation Corp. (NYSE: IMN) 8.9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.18), $0.15 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $308.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $319 million.

Office Depot, Inc. (NYSE: ODP) 8.7% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.28, versus $0.12 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.48 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.89 billion.

Lennox International, Inc. (NYSE: LII) 8.3% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.80, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.77. Revenue for the quarter came in at $923 million versus the consensus estimate of $889.84 million. Lennox International, Inc. sees FY2011 EPS of $2.00-$2.15, versus prior guidance of $2.00-$2.30 and the consensus of $2.06. Nara Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: NARA) 8.3% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.23, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.16. Commenced an underwritten public offering of approximately $55 million of its common stock.

Ethan Allen Interiors, Inc. (NYSE: ETH) 7% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.25, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $184.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $179.84 million. The Company’s Retail division net sales increased 16.7% to $141.2 million including comparable design center net sales growth of 14.9%.
