Valuevision Media, Inc. (NASDAQ: VVTV) 30.4% LOWER; reported Q2 loss of ($0.09), $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.06). Revenue for the quarter came in at $132.14 million versus the consensus estimate of $143.39 million. Internet Sales increased 23% with e-commerce penetration up 670 bps to 46.1%.

Vanceinfo Technologies Inc. ADS (NYSE: VIT) 26.1% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.21, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $68.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $67.51 million. Sees Q3 2011 EPS of $0.19-$0.21, versus the consensus of $0.25. Sees Q3 2011 revenue of $69-$72 million, versus the consensus of $73.27 million. Sees FY2011 EPS of $0.84-$0.90, versus the consensus of $0.97. Sees FY2011 revenue of $275 million, versus the consensus of $278.21 million.

New Energy Systems Group (NYSE: NEWN) 25.9% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.28, $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $23.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $31.2 million.

Renaissance Learning (Nasdaq: RLRN) 23.4% HIGHER; to be acquired by Permira Funds for $14.85/share.

China TechFaith Wireless (NASDAQ: CNTF) 20.5% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.14, versus $0.11 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $82.8 million, versus $65.5 million reported last year. China TechFaith Wireless sees Q311 revenue of $78-$80 million.

Gulf Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ: GURE) 18% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.51, versus $0.47 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $51.3 million, versus $46.8 million reported last year.

Fabrinet (NYSE: FN) 15.4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.50, versus $0.44 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $190.3 million, versus $157.4 million reported last year. Fabrinet sees Q1 2012 EPS of $0.39-$0.41. Fabrinet sees Q1 2012 revenue of $173-$178 million. The stock was upgraded to Overweight at JPMorgan.

FriendFinder Networks (NASDAQ: FFN) 14.8% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.55), versus ($0.36) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $83.4 million, versus $84.62 million reported last year.

E-Commerce China Dangdang (NYSE: DANG) 13.7% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.06), $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.02). Revenue for the quarter came in at $122.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $121.61 million.

Netlist, Inc. (NASDAQ: NLST) 13.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.06), $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.13). Revenue for the quarter came in at $16 million versus the consensus estimate of $13.49 million.

Peregrine Pharma (Nasdaq: PPHM) 13.1% HIGHER; continuing higher today following a nearly 8 percent rise yesterday. The stock is above a resistance level around $1.40 today.

Cytori Therapeutics (Nasdaq: CYTX) 10.6% LOWER; correcting today following a 22.5 percent rise yesterday

Motricity (Nasdaq: MOTR) 10.4% HIGHER; shares have rebounded very nicely since plunging 60 percent on Wednesday of last week. Shares rose 12 percent Thursday, another 10.5 percent Friday, and 24 percent yesterday. The stock is over $3 today.

Yoku.com (Nasdaq: YOKU) 9.5% LOWER; may be trading lower amid Dangdang earnings.
