International Securities Exchange Holdings (NYSE: ISE) +$19.33; In response to a press statement issued today by Deutsche Boerse AG, ISE confirmed that it is in advanced discussions that could lead to a possible business combination with Eurex. The company said the transaction is still subject to the negotiation of final terms and documentation as well as approval by ISE's Board of Directors.
Tesoro Corp. (NYSE: TSO) $5.75; The company refines and markets petroleum products. No specific news today, however, the stock has moved up 40% since 27-Feb-07.
William Wrigley Jr. Co. (NYSE: WWY) +$3.95; Reports Q1 EPS of $0.50, ex-items, 3 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $1.26 billion versus the consensus of $1.18 billion.
Enpath Medical (Nasdaq: NPTH) +$3.03; Greatbatch, Inc. (NYSE: GB) and Enpath Medical entered into a definitive merger agreement under which Greatbatch will acquire Enpath for $14.38 per share in cash, or approximately $102 million, including assumption of debt. Under the terms of the agreement, Greatbatch will commence a tender offer for all of Enpath's outstanding shares no later than May 8, 2007.
Bankrate Inc. (Nasdaq: RATE) +$2.68; American Technology Research initiates coverage on Bankrate with a Buy rating and $48 price target.

ICICI Bank Limited (NYSE: IBN) -$2.80; Company reported FY07 financials.
Sigma Designs (Nasdaq: SIGM) -$2.30; American Tech Research downgrades SIGM from Neutral to Sell.
