TierOne Corporation (Nasdaq: TONE) +$7.23; CapitalSource Inc. (NYSE: CSE) and TierOne Corporation announced a definitive agreement under which CapitalSource will acquire TierOne Corporation, the holding company of TierOne Bank, in a stock and cash transaction valued at approximately $652 million, or approximately $34.46 for each TierOne share

Hurco Companies (Nasdaq: HURC) -$5.00; Reports Q2 EPS of $0.73, 5 cents worse than estimates. Revenues were $42.45 million vs. $45.26 million consensus.
CalAmp Corp. (Nasdaq: CAMP) -$2.83; Reports Q4 EPS of $0.03, $0.08 ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.05. Revenues came in at $57 million versus the consensus of $56.4 million. Sees Q1 loss of $0.06-$0.09, an profit of $0.00-$0.02 ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.07. Sees Q1 revs of $44-$47 million versus the consensus of $60.5 million.
SunPower (Nasdaq: SPWR) -$2.19; CNBC's Jim Cramer makes negative comments, saying there is a 'Textbook Oversupply' of solar now, plus there are 4 solar IPO's coming to market.
China Sunergy Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: CSUN) -$1.73; Yesterday's IPO opened at $12 and closed at $16.56 (gain of over 35%). Today, the stock is seeing pressure from profit taking and/or Cramer's comments on the solar sector.
