UPWARD MOVERS:
Affiliated Computer Services (NYSE: ACS) +$8.64; Founder and Chairman, Darwin Deason, announced that he, together with his investment partner Cerberus Capital Management, L.P., has submitted a proposal to acquire, for a cash purchase price of $59.25 per share, all of the outstanding shares of common stock of Affiliated Computer Services.

Chicago Mercantile Exchange Holdings (NYSE: CME) +$4.96; Announced that it will hold a meeting with the shareholders of CBOT Holdings Inc. and members of the Chicago Board of Trade in order to reiterate the advantages of the CME/CBOT merger and provide its views on the unsolicited proposal made by IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE) to CBOT (NYSE: BOT) shareholders last week.

NovAtel (Nasdaq: NGPS) +$3.65; Company issued a statement regarding the announcement on Friday, March 16, 2007 that Topcon Corp. had entered into a basic agreement of combination with Sokkia Co. NovAtel owns 49% of the common shares in Point, Inc., a geomatics joint venture with Sokkia, one of the world's largest suppliers of surveying and mapping equipment. Sokkia owns 51% of Point. According to Jon Ladd, President and CEO for NovAtel, "NovAtel and Sokkia have existing contracts in place under which NovAtel develops and supplies GPS technology and products to our joint venture Point and ultimately to Sokkia. We do not expect the proposed combination of Topcon with Sokkia to affect our business relationship with Sokkia, for the foreseeable future. We continue to work with Sokkia management to develop new GNSS technology that will be incorporated into the Point/Sokkia product family." The agreement under which Point was established is effective until July 2009.

Eschelon Telecom (NASDAQ: ESCH) +$3.36; Signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Portland, Oregon-based Integra Telecom, Inc for $30 per share.

SanDisk (Nasdaq: SNDK) +$1.91; CIBC upgrades SanDisk from Sector Performer to Sector Outperformer with a $50 price target.


DOWNWARD MOVERS:
Systemax Inc. (NYSE: SYX) -$4.57; Reports Q4 EPS of $0.22 compared to $0.09 for the same period last year. Net sales increased 11% to $648 million compared to $583 million in the fourth quarter of 2005. Announces Special $1.00 Per Share Dividend.

Pioneer Companies (Nasdaq: PONR) -$1.74; Announced its intention to offer, subject to market and other conditions, approximately $100,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Convertible Senior Subordinated Notes due 2027 to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act").

Accuray Incorporated (Nasdaq: ARAY) -$1.70; Recent IPO falls approx. 7% today with no specific news releases. UBS (Neutral), Piper Jaffray (Outperform) and Jefferies (Buy) initiated coverage on the stock today.

USANA Health Sciences Inc. (NASDAQ: USNA) -$1.61; Has received notification from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"), Salt Lake District Office, that it has begun an informal inquiry regarding the Company. The Company believes the inquiry relates to assertions appearing in the mass media about USANA.

Halliburton (NYSE: HAL) -$1.60; Company expects its earnings per share for the first quarter of 2007 to be approximately $0.49-0.54 cents (excluding any potential impact from possible additional losses related to KBR's 50-percent owned gas-to-liquids project in Escravos, Nigeria, and any possible impairment charges related to KBR's Brown & Root-Condor Spa joint venture in Algeria as disclosed in the recent amendment to KBR's Form S-4 registration statement).
