In a Form 8-K, General Steel Holdings (NYSE: GSI) disclosed that management has decided to suspend the stock purchase program by the management of the Company pending further disclosure. GSI said the announcement comes in light of the fact that the company is starting discussion with a potential target with the view of entering into a material transaction.
