Item 5.03

Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

On May 4, 2015, the Board of Directors of ViaSat, Inc. (the “Company”) approved a change in the Company’s fiscal year from a 52-53 week fiscal year ending on the Friday closest to March 31 to a fiscal year ending on March 31 of each year, effective as of the commencement of the Company’s current fiscal year on April 4, 2015. The Company’s quarterly results for this fiscal year and subsequent fiscal years will be for quarterly periods ending June 30, September 30, December 31 and March 31 of each year. In reliance on Exchange Act Release No. 26589, the Company will not be required to file a transition report in connection with the change in fiscal year.
