Item 5.02.  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of 
Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of 
Certain Officers.

Ronald S. Frankenfield, Unisys Corporation's Senior Vice President and 
President, Enterprise Solutions, will be leaving the company effective 
August 31, 2015.  Eric Hutto has been elected Senior Vice President and 
President, Enterprise Solutions effective September 1, 2015.
