Hudson Technologies Announces STOCK SALES BY CERTAIN EXECUTIVE OFFICERS

 

 

pearl river, ny – AUgust 9, 2016 – Hudson Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: HDSN) announced that certain executive officers have filed notifications on Form 144 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), of their intent to sell an aggregate of 1.1 million shares of Hudson common stock. Of these 1.1 million shares, 1,071,456 have been sold as of the close of trading on August 9, 2016 and the respective executives have filed Form 4s disclosing such sales. Following the completion in full of the contemplated sales, the Company’s officers and directors as a group will retain beneficial ownership of approximately 7.8 million shares or 22% ownership of Hudson.
