As of close of business January 15, 2015, Steven G. Hendrickson is no longer Senior Vice President, Geosciences & Reservoir Engineering of Eagle Rock Energy G&P, LLC (the Company ), which is the general partner of the general partner of Eagle Rock Energy Partners, L.P. (the Partnership ). The position of Senior Vice President, Geosciences & Reservoir Engineering has been eliminated and responsibilities have been redistributed.

In connection with the foregoing, Joseph A. Mills, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, stated We thank Steve for his 8 years of dedicated leadership and service to the Partnership, including during this most recent time of transition in the Partnerships history.
