On January 6, 2017, Air Methods Corporation (the “Company") announced preliminary patient transport and tourism passenger data for the month of December 2016. Aaron Todd, CEO of Air Methods, stated, “Tourism volumes were impacted negatively by weather in both our Sundance and Blue Hawaiian operations. We anticipate the passenger count would have been roughly flat in December were it not for weather.”
