Subject: Statement made pursuant to Communique II-15.1 of the Capital Markets Board

         

Within the scope of our Board of Directors’ buy-back decision on July 27, 2016, our Company purchased Eurobonds (XS1298711729) with a total nominal value of USD 5,000,000 at an average price of USD 96.295 totaling USD 4,840,305.56 on November 15, 2016.
