The Registrant hereby announces the departure of Leah Klapper, Ph.D, its Chief Scientific Officer, effective December 31, 2015. The Registrant is currently meeting with potential candidates in order to fill the position. Dr. Klapper will continue to provide services to the Registrant as a consultant.
