Banco Bradesco S.A. (Bradesco) informs its shareholders and the Market in general that the Board of Directors of IRB Brasil Resseguros S.A., Company in which it holds indirect ownership interest,  in a meeting held on November 19, 2015, resolved to request the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission – CVM, on the same date, interruption, for 60 working days, of the analysis of Public Offering, regarding the application for registration as a publicly-held company, category A, object of a statement that Bradesco released to the market on August 21, 2015.

 

Additional information will be timely disclosed to the market, in accordance with the evolution of the process.
