ImClone (Nasdaq: IMCL): BWS Financial said the settlement agreement on Erbitux removes a barrier to being acquired. The firm sees the possibility of Bristol Myers Squibb (NYSE: BMY) acquiring ImClone and thinks the stock is worth as much as $47 per share in a deal.

NYMEX Holdings (NYSE: NMX): The NYSE Euronext, Inc. (NYSE: NYX)-for-NYMEX takeover rumor gains steam. In August, NYMEX acknowledged takeover talks, but said a deal would have to be at a meaningful premium.

Euronet (Nasdaq: EEFT): AG Edwards upgrades Euronet to Buy, saying the company is an attractive takeover candidate.

Carrols Restaurant Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: TAST): On Friday, 5.3% holder Clinton Group said it could make sense that the company explore a return to being a private company.

First Community Bancorp (Nasdaq: FCBP): FT.com's Mergermarket discusses rumors that a larger rival like Wachovia (NYSE: WB) or Wells Fargo (NYSE: WFC) could buy the company.
