Market Rumors:

Travelzoo Inc. (Nasdaq: TZOO): Takeover rumors. Priceline.com (Nasdaq: PCLN) has been mentioned as a possible suitor.

Carrier Access (Nasdaq: CACS): Reports from Lightreading.com, Tellabs (Nasdaq: TLAB) is considering acquiring Carrier Access for around $7 per share, citing two sources close to the situation.

Oglebay Norton Company (OTC: OGBY): Said it has received multiple all cash proposals valued significantly in excess of the $31.00 per share offered by Harbinger Capital Partners in its unsolicited tender offer.

Allstate Corp. (NYSE: ALL): Rumors Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway could accumulate a position in the company

Washington Group International Inc. (NYSE: WNG): David Einhorn's Greenlight Capital, a 10% holder, disclosed a recent letter to the Board of Directors reiterating their view that the acquisition price in the merger with URS (NYSE: URS) is inadequate. In the past, Greenlight suggested a fair value for Washington Group is $117 per share.

Facebook (Private): Continued chatter Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) could buy a large stake in the company. There have been Internet rumors that Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg was spotted in Seattle this week.

Alvarion Ltd. (Nasdaq: ALVR): Takeover speculation.
