Nasdaq OMX (Nasdaq: NDAQ) is coming off of session highs Thursday following speculation that the market might be in discussions with bankers.
According to Fox Business Network's Charles Gasparino, that just might be the case. From his Twitter account: "Nasdaq discussing further acquisitions with bankers who warn of likely downgrade to junk based on size of deal."
Shares rose over 3.9 percent today and are currently up about 3.7 percent.
