Dobson Communications (Nasdaq: DCEL): Reports from the Wall Street Journal the company has hired Morgan Stanley to explore strategic alternatives, including a possible sale of the company

Bear Stearns Companies Inc. (NYSE: BSC): Speculation of bigger problems for the company. Rumors another hedge fund could need a bail out.

Cypress Bioscience (Nasdaq: CYPB): Soleil Securities/Neponset Equity Research said, "While partner Forest Laboratories (NYSE: FRX) has yet to complete its full-scale analysis of Milnacipran\'s anticipated sales trajectory, we believe that a thorough analysis could facilitate a CYPB buyout."

Omniture (Nasdaq: OMTR): CNBC\'s Jim Cramer says Omniture could be a takeover target.

Macy\'s, Inc. (NYSE: M): Bear Stearns said an LBO of Macy\'s, Inc. (NYSE: M) in the low $50s is "feasible". The stock was up 6.6% on Friday on LBO rumors.

Emulex Corp. (NYSE: ELX): Takeover speculation.

Trump Entertainment Resorts (Nasdaq: TRMP): Rumors a takeover of the company could be getting close.

Tiffany & Co. (NYSE: TIF): Resurfaced takeover chatter. LVMH was mentioned as a rumored suitor.

Nice Systems Ltd. (Nasdaq: NICE): Reports the company is in talks to buy Actimize Ltd. for $280 million.

Titanium Metals Corp. (NYSE: TIE): Resurfaced takeover speculation.

US Xpress Enterprises Inc. (Nasdaq: XPRSA): A management group announces $20 per share tender offer for any and all of the outstanding shares.
