(Reuters) - The Redstone family and Skydance Media CEO David Ellison have both made concessions to make a potential change in control at Paramount Global more appealing the company's other investors, Bloomberg News reported on Sunday.
Paramount is currently engaged in exclusive deal talks with Skydance Media, an independent studio led by Ellison, though some investors have urged Paramount to explore other options.

(Reuters) - The U.S. military said on Sunday it had engaged five unmanned drones over the Red Sea that "presented an imminent threat to U.S., coalition, and merchant vessels in the region."
U.S. Central Command did not say in the statement if the drones were destroyed.

BEIJING (Reuters) - Three people died, including a two-year old boy, after a Huawei AITO M7 SUV burst into flames after crashing into a truck on a highway in Yuncheng, in China's north Shanxi province on Friday, Chinese state media reported.
