(Reuters) - Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk on Tuesday moved to dismiss his lawsuit in California state court accusing ChatGPT maker OpenAI and its CEO Sam Altman of abandoning the startup's original mission of developing artificial intelligence for the benefit of humanity and not for profit.

AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - The city council of Eindhoven, Netherlands, on Tuesday voted in favor of an initial agreement with computer chip equipment maker ASML to start planning a major expansion in the city's north.

(Reuters) - The U.S. will announce new sanctions and export controls against Russia during the G7 summit in southern Italy later this week, White House spokesman John Kirby said on Tuesday.

(Reuters) -Oracle posted a jump in cloud revenue for the fourth quarter on Tuesday, signaling upbeat demand for its cloud services as clients ramp up spending, sending its shares up 9% in extended trading.
The company's cloud revenue came in at $5.3 billion, up 20% from a year ago.
But its total revenue of $14.29 billion for the quarter missed analysts' average estimate of $14.55 billion, according to LSEG data.
