LONDON (Reuters) - Some of the world's biggest carmakers are facing 1.5 million lawsuits in Britain for allegedly cheating emissions tests that could cost them at least 6 billion pounds ($7.6 billion), claimants' lawyers told London's High Court on Tuesday.

ATHENS (Reuters) - Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis hinted at a cabinet reshuffle on Tuesday, saying "corrective measures" were required after his centre-right party performed less well than expected in the European Parliament election.

(Reuters) - The Biden administration is considering further restrictions on China's access to chip technology used for artificial intelligence, Bloomberg News reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The measures being discussed would limit China's ability to use a cutting-edge chip architecture known as gate all-around, or GAA, the report said.

MOSCOW (Reuters) -A Russian naval frigate and a nuclear-powered submarine conducted missile drills in the Atlantic Ocean while en route to Cuba, the Russian defence ministry said on Tuesday.
The drills by the submarine Kazan and the warship Admiral Gorshkov involved firing high-precision missiles at mock enemy targets from a distance of more than 600 km (370 miles), it said in a statement.
