LONDON (Reuters) - Wall Street bank JP Morgan and Greek fintech boss Haris Karonis both claimed success on Thursday in a London court battle over how to value a joint business, paving the way for its potential sale.
Karonis's WEREALIZE.COM (WRL), the majority owner of Athens-based Viva Wallet, has accused JP Morgan of trying to hamper the growth of the payments platform and both sides sued each other in London.

BORGO EGNAZIA, Italy (Reuters) - U.S. President Joe Biden and Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskiy signed a 10-year bilateral security agreement on Thursday aimed at bolstering Ukraine's defense against Russian invaders.
The agreement, signed on the sidelines of the G7 summit in Italy, is meant to be a step towards Ukraine's eventual NATO membership, according to the text of the deal.

(Reuters) - British homebuilder Bellway on Thursday confirmed that it had recently made an all-share offer to acquire Crest Nicholson, in a deal which would have valued the rival at about 6.5 billion pounds ($8.29 billion).
Bellway said that while Crest Nicholson's board had rejected the offer, there was a "compelling strategic and financial rationale" for combining the two companies.

(Reuters) -Apple on Thursday was hit with a proposed class action accusing the tech giant of paying more than 12,000 female employees in California less than men with comparable jobs, lawyers for the plaintiffs said.

(Reuters) -Tyson Foods has suspended its chief financial officer, John R. Tyson, after he was arrested on charges of alleged driving while intoxicated, the company said on Thursday.
The U.S. meat packer said that Tyson was suspended from his duties immediately, and that Curt Calaway, a senior finance executive at the company, will take over as interim CFO.
Shares of the company were down 1.3% in afternoon trading.
