(Reuters) - CVS Health Corp has been seeking a private equity partner to fund growth at Oak Street Health, a primary care provider it bought a year ago, Bloomberg News reported on Thursday.
The company has been working with financial advisers to help find capital to back new clinics that will be opened by Oak Street, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

WARSAW (Reuters) - Polish and Greek prime ministers submitted a letter to the European Commision on Thursday urging the creation of a Europe-wide air defence system, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said.

(Reuters) - Boeing's cash flow situation is incrementally worse than their expectations, an S&P Global Ratings analyst said, after the company said it would be cash-flow negative in 2024.
