WASHINGTON, Feb 9 (Reuters) - ⁠Pop star ⁠Chappell Roan ‍said on Monday she was no longer represented by the talent agency led by Los Angeles 2028 Olympics chief Casey Wasserman, ‍who has faced criticism for flirtatious email exchanges with convicted sex ​trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell more than 20 years ago.

Feb 10 (Reuters) - Former lawyers for ⁠the white supremacist ⁠who killed ‍51 Muslim worshippers in New Zealand seven years ago told a court on Tuesday that he showed signs of anxiety during his original trial but ‍did not appear to be depressed, media reported.

Philippines sees signs of cooperation from China despite sea disputes Feb 9, 2026 10:19PM

MANILA, ⁠Feb 10 (Reuters) - ⁠The ‍Philippines' ambassador to ‍Washington said on ​Tuesday that the ​country is seeing some signs that China is ​willing to work ​with Manila and "isolate" the South ‌China Sea disputes which have hurt relations ​between the ⁠two nations. 

Ambassador Jose Manuel ‌Romualdez told reporters that the ‌Philippines' relationship with ‌China cannot be purely defined based on ‍territorial disputes over the ⁠South China Sea.

India's Lupin clears patent hurdle with Astellas Pharma, keeps Mirabegron sales in US Feb 9, 2026 10:16PM

Feb 10 (Reuters) - ⁠Indian drugmaker ⁠Lupin ‍said on Tuesday it has settled ‍a patent infringement dispute with ​Japan's Astellas Pharma over the ​bladder disorder drug Mirabegron, allowing it to continue selling the product in the ​United States.

Under the agreement, Lupin and its U.S. ​unit will pay Astellas $90 million, including a $75 ‌million upfront payment and per-unit licensing fees on ​Mirabegron sales through ⁠September 2027, the company said in... (continue reading...)
